The Chaplaincy Team and You

Whatever your reason for being on Campus or in Halls, the Chaplaincy Team welcomes you and is available to everyone.  Whether you are a student, a member of staff or a visitor - it is our privilege to be here for you.  We offer a caring spiritual presence in the university and are available to anyone who wants to talk to us, of any faith or none.

It may be that you just want a chat or are looking for somebody to listen . . . Whoever you are and whatever your needs, you will find the Chaplains aproachable and only too willing to help when and where we can.  We are more than happy to signpost you to other services or different faith communities.  The Chaplaincy team is inclusive and non-judgemental.  All are valued here whatever their job, age, ethnicity, gender, nationality, ability, sexual orientation, marital status, faith or belief.

The Chapel in Middleton Hall (basement) is a place for reflection, meditation and prayer.  There are regular Communion and Prayer services and other groups there during semester time.

Chaplains are usually available in the Office/Vestry:
Monday 10.00-12.00
Tuesday 11.00-13.00
Wednesday 10.00-12.00
Thursday 10.00-12.00
Friday 11.00-13.00
